2. Design a Unique Floorplan
With your ideas and dream in mind, our team will begin personalizing the layout to your desires.
3. Outfit the Interior through the Selection Process
We offer in-house design to bring your ideas to life
4. Finalize Design & Proposal
After finalizing your new home plan, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope, specifications and pricing.
5. Sign Contract
Confirm the proposal and sign the contract – your project is officially scheduled and materials are procurred.
6. Break Ground
Construction Begins as we break ground and start building your new home.
7. Follow Along
Follow along the process with scheduled walkthroughs with our team. We also offer access to an app that allows you to see the progress of your home through pictures. This is especially helpful for clients that don’t live here yet or live elsewhere part time.
8. Welcome Home
And the part you have been waiting for – welcome to your new home. Enjoy a worry-free 12-month warranty that ensures everything is the way you want it to be.
